Reporting Fundamentals Part 2
Building off of our Reporting Fundamentals part 1, this course teaches you about dashboards and touches on more advanced reporting topics like row-level formulas and creating new report types. Dashboards are a collection of charts and graphs that show different data all in one view, so if you have been wondering how to make some “at a glance” visualizations for your users this may be a good course for you.
Taught every 6 weeks. This course is two hours.
Registration is per ORGANIZATION - add 1 to your cart, have as many employees as you like attend.

What to expect from this course
Each course is two hours, online, taught by an experienced Salesforce consultant who has hands-on experience managing Salesforce for nonprofits across many organizations
You will receive a Zoom link prior to the course you’re registered for
Anyone who has the right permissions to create a new report and new dashboard can take this course. For the report types conversation, if you don’t have the correct permissions you will still be able to follow along and learn about the uses of this tool.
We will be using examples from the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) to illustrate creation of some common revenue dashboards, so if you don’t use the NPSP the examples may be a little unclear.
If you’re new to Salesforce, please ensure you have at least taken our introductory course (the free “Salesforce Basics - Getting Started”) or are very familiar with Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities/Donations in the NPSP
This is a very hands-on course. You will be working in your real Salesforce.
We will ask for real dashboards you need to build, and real problems you’ve run into with reports, and illustrate as much as possible during the course.
