What to expect from this course
Each course is 90 minutes, online, taught by an experienced Salesforce consultant who has hands-on experience managing Salesforce for nonprofits across many organizations
You will receive a Zoom link prior to the course you’re registered for
This course covers concepts from creating forms for the web to connecting them to Salesforce. At least a basic comfort with your Salesforce data structure (which objects data live in) is required for this course
You need a FormAssembly subscription (note: this is a paid tool that offers nonprofit discounts) or have an active trial version
This is a very hands-on course. You will be working in a sandbox version of your real Salesforce. You will receive instructions prior to the course in how to set up a sandbox.
Ideally you will come into this course with real bulk data you need to manage and can work with during the course while getting support. We will provide an example of a common use cases for everything we cover.
