Experience Cloud from Salesforce lets people outside of your organization log in to see and interact with information inside of Salesforce. We deploy Experience Cloud for scholarship organizations, human services organizations, schools, and many other groups. You don’t need to be an active Experience Cloud user to take this course - we will show you how to set up a community, how to edit and manage your community’s branding, and the considerations you’ll need to make when designing your community experience, including when to bring in apps or a consulting partner for some programming.
Taught once per year. This course is two hours.

What to expect from this course
Each course is 2 hours, online, taught by an experienced Salesforce consultant who has hands-on experience designing and deploying Experience Cloud for nonprofits across many organizations
You will receive a Zoom link prior to the course you’re registered for
This course is designed for systems administrators who are generally comfortable in Salesforce Setup
This will be very hands-on in either a sandbox based off of your real Salesforce, or a developer org. We will guide you through the process of determining the right environment for you prior to the course.
We will provide an example of a common use cases for everything we cover.
